Rogers@Home, er, Rogers Hi-Speed Internet so they call themselves now, says theres nothing wrong with the above. Everything that happens is always the customers fault, never theres. After waiting on hold over 45 mins (30mins on the call in, 15mins after talking to a person there) they finally say 'try it again, we show nothing wrong here' then it mysteriously starts working again. Gee, its not there fault, but wasnt fixed till I called in and bitched. And still no credit, how nice of them.
